Forrest Yoga Retreat with Deb Heimann

May 24 - May 26

$350 – $400

This Memorial Day weekend 2-night Forrest yoga retreat will begin Friday night with ceremony and Forrest Yoga, followed by a light supper and an optional iRest yoga nidra meditation to coax relaxation to arise.  The hot tub will be ready for you to soak your cares away, with the fire pit glowing just a few feet away.  From that point to when you depart on Sunday, all offerings are optional—you can choose to spend your getaway time any way you wish!

Forrest Yoga is a dynamic, mindful, smartly sequenced practice that brings vitality deep into the core of the body, the mind, and the spirit.  Poses are held to release internal obstacles, build strength and flexibility, and create space within.  Your host, Deb Heimann, (RYT-200, Forrest Yoga Level 3) focuses on connecting her students to their authentic selves. This retreat will help you unwind your stress, collect yourself together after the long winter and spring, and ground you in your vision for what opportunities await. Come with your friends or arrive alone and make new ones!

The room is heated to approximately 83 degrees in order to allow you to move deeply into your muscle tissues.

Remainder of the Schedule:

Saturday will offer a healthy, light self-serve breakfast, optional group ceremony/meditation, and an optional longer, more rigorous Forrest Yoga practice, followed by a full lunch. Everyone chooses how to spend the afternoon… relaxing in the hot tub, having a massage with Rebecca, in quiet rest curled up on the couch, or drive to the nearby Camp Plymouth State Park to sit on a lakeside beach or to a nearby trail for a hike in the woods.

Saturday late afternoon offers another optional Forrest Yoga session, then a full supper, and an optional iRest yoga nidra session to lull you back to the hot tub, the fire pit, or to sleep.

Sunday will begin as Saturday did, with optional group ceremony/meditation and a longer, more rigorous Forrest Yoga practice. You will depart with time left in the holiday weekend to gather with loved ones or collect yourself for your week ahead. Local, healthy, and farm-to-table food will be made by owner-chef Tesha Buss.  Dietary restrictions can be accommodated.  Early Bird Discounts and Private rooms are available – please inquire with Deb via email below.
