Autumn Equinox Yoga Retreat in Vermont

You are invited to join Joanne Hernon of Exeter Power Yoga, Allison Quinlan, founder of Fitness by Allison, and Ardys Roemmelt, founder of Kenko Dojo at their first annual Autumn Equinox Retreat in the beautiful, tranquil surroundings of Vermont’s Green Mountains.

Welcome the Fall season as you CLEAR out old energy, seek BALANCE for the upcoming months , and REFLECT on all the blessings in your life.

This retreat includes hot power yoga classes, yin yoga, acuyoga with a sound bath, as well as creative, intention setting workshops. Cozy accommodations, farm-to-table vegetarian meals, an outdoor hot tub, fire pit, and indoor steam shower are provided in a renovated, historical inn.

Local attractions include Okemo and Killington Mountains, Buttermilk Water Falls, and much more.  On-site massage services and harmonic sound healing sessions are available at additional cost.

Register by June 15, 2019 and receive $50 off! There is a $250 non-refundable deposit required.
