200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Will Duprey of Hathavidya

May 27, 2019 - June 16, 2019

Good Commons is thrilled to welcome back yogi Will Duprey to lead a 200 hour yoga teacher training – May 27 to June 16, 2019!

Immerse yourself in this real life enhancement program that will support your authentic experience.

Designed for those who want to become teachers as well as those who are seeking to deepen their practice, this 200 hour yoga teacher training program ensures participants an authentic, innovative and traditional study experience. You will learn from the viewpoint of multiple teaching styles in order to understand and develop your own way.

How each individual moves about in this life in terms of spirituality, non-violence towards others and the self, purity of the body and thoughts, and stillness of the mind is all yoga.

One thing traditional yoga has to offer to modern yoga is more of a living experience that can translate through teaching.

This yoga teacher training program honors teaching as an art form and gives participants the tools to intuitively assess energetics through asana and lifestyle.

Because a dynamic and informed personal practice is the cornerstone of effective teaching, participants will craft a customized, well-rounded personal practice.

A lot will unravel within the self during these studies. Through the 200 hour format, space and support are provided for this unraveling to happen organically.

The approach here is of an educated person bringing the application of the serious, determined and disciplined student back into the yoga community honoring those who have progressed in all practices of yoga before.

Whether your goal is to teach yoga or authentically integrate your studies into the day to day, we are glad you’re here!

Hathavidya is an inclusive yogic science comprised of principles that purify, empower and uplift the spirit toward creating clarity and elevating the human experience.

What does all that mean?

Hathavidya makes traditional yoga accessible and applicable in the modern world.

By utilizing the in-depth development of various lineages within hatha and siddha, the focus is on knowledge and how the tools work for you.

Although there is a growing number of trainings in yoga communities, Hathavidya offers programs to communicate profound lessons, a larger knowledge base and a dedicated learning environment for you.

Certification is easy to come by; true knowledge shapes your life.
