This historic 1840’s Vermont house has undergone a COMPLETE gut renovation and combines ultra-modern amenities with streamlined country tradition. The perfect getaway for city slickers who want to have comfort and elegance within their country retreat.

This 4700 square foot lofty beauty sleeps 19 in 6 separate bedrooms and a sleep loft. Tastefully and elegantly furnished and decorated with antiques, plants and simple, soothing palettes. This lovingly restored gem is perfect for families, a large group of friends or even a retreat group. Endless activities are at your fingertips, and the beauty and serenity of Vermont is at your doorstep.

2nd Floor:
- Bedroom 1 = 2 twins/singles (shares a bath with Room 2)
- Bedroom 2 = 2 twins/singles
- Bedroom 3 = 1 double , 1 twin/single (shares the steam shower bath with Room 4)
- Bedroom 4 = 1 double
- Bedroom 5 = 1 double , 1 twin/single (shares a bath with Room 6)
- Bedroom 6 = 1 king , 1 twin/single
3rd Floor:
- Dorm Style Loft = 1 double , + 8 twins/singles on Third Floor (two baths in the loft)
- Massage Room (doubles as loft living room if massage is not offered)

Additional Notes: THE 750 SQUARE FOOT STUDIO on the first floor (the old general store) makes this house ideal for intimate retreats for yoga, healing, the arts, vacation for family and friends, or for organizations such as small businesses, law firms, ski clubs, alumni and church groups, or weddings. The studio is also fully equipped with yoga mats and props (blankets, blocks, et al.) for a class of up to 25 people. Local teachers are available upon request, and there is a DVD player for a video class. We have additional tables and chairs for meetings, drop clothes for painting classes, and a power point projector.

The second floor living room is equipped with a flat screen HDTV, cable and Wi-Fi, DVD/sound system and a gas fireplace and a wet bar. ADDITIONAL loft living room with cable TV, DVD, stereo, pull out love seat and many board games. Pets are okay with additional cleaning fee.

Additional Notes: The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, 6 burner professional range, 2 stackable convection ovens, granite counter tops, microwave, 2 large refrigerators, small deep freezer, ice maker, instant hot water machine and a reverse osmosis filtered water system. Private chefs are also available upon request for classes, dinners or to prepare all meals for the length of your stay.

All yoga activities will be led by Miss Amanda (Amanda Anderson) of Inner Lift Yoga. Her teaching style reflects the best of several traditions, including Restorative, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Forrest, Kundalini, Kripalu, Sivananda and Viniyoga. Study of her practice has taken Amanda to India, locations in the United States, and Italy. She has taught yoga in New Orleans, at Twin Farms Inn (Barnard, VT) and in the local Vermont community where she lives.
