Good Commons
was originally built in the 1840's and operated as a general store.   It has been lovingly renovated and restored and now features six bedrooms and a sleeping loft, six bathrooms, two living rooms, and a multi-purpose studio.  The property features all of the modern amenities of one's own home, while still creating a warm and inviting environment that honors the historical traditions that have characterized the house for more than 160 years

$575/per person shared bedroom (based on double occupancy)
$450/per person loft space

Travel Information:
The Good bus will be leaving from 45th street bewtween 9th and 10th Avenue at 6:30pm sharp on Thursday May 6, 2010. The Good Bus will be leaving Good Commons Sunday at 12pm to return to the same locations in NYC. 

Reservation and Payment Information
An advance deposit of $250 is required to reserve your space on this retreat. All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are transferable to another retreat or vacation rental pending availability if cancellation is received by April 6, 2010. Absolutely no refund, deposit or payment transfers will be made if cancellation is received after the above cancellation deadline of April 6, 2010. Balance must be paid by April 22, 2010.
