 CORPORATE GROUPS AND EVENTS
Our 750 square-foot studio on the first floor makes Good Commons the ideal location for corporate retreats. Small businesses, law firms, clubs, alumni and church groups will find it a comfortable, spacious, and inspiring environment for creativity and productivity. Tables with clothes, padded folding chairs and easels are available for meetings as well as a television and DVD/VHS player and advanced sound system. Large rugs and pillows are also available. The meeting space can be rented separate from the rest of the house on a daily or weekly basis. We can also provide customized catering for your group (see Cuisine).
Good Commons is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi Internet service for up to 50 users. Free long distance is also available. Relax your mind at the end of the day in our steam shower or soak in our hot tub under the night sky. There's nothing like listening to the bubbling stream in the back yard and letting all your worries flow away! Also, a television/DVD player is available in our two living rooms for your work (or play) related videos. The studio is also fully equipped with yoga mats and props (blankets, blocks, et al.) for a class of up to 25 people should you like to kick off your day with energizing movement. Local teachers are available upon request for yoga/meditation/stretch/dance classes (see Health & Wellness) or simply pop in a DVD for a video class. Relaxation CDs are also available for guided meditation. Need local transporation or travel in the greater NorthEast? Choose the Good bus! The Good bus is eco-friendly transportation for up to 24 passengers, fueled by vegetable oil. | |
